BOTH A MALE & FEMALE PERSPECTIVE:
Speaking to college athletes at the same time.
Keith Davis is a former All-Conference player, and leading tackler from the prestigious Rose Bowl Champion USC Trojans. He was also selected to the All-American Strength Team( bench pressing over 515lbs.), and signed his NFL contract with the N.Y Giants. He was born poor, in the rough inner city of Los Angeles, into a family filled with addictions, and a father who committed suicide, and a mother who struggled with alcoholism and abusive relationships. He was the first in his family to attend college. He went from entering college as a remedial underachieving student, to graduating with his teams highest GPA and an Academic All-American nominee.
Sara Davis is a former All-American sprinter from the prestigious top ranked UCLA Track & Field team. She was coached by an Olympic coaching legend, coach Bobby Kersee. Sara’s teammates at UCLA consisted of some of the greatest Olympic legends in Track & Field history: Flo Jo, Jackie Joyner Kersee, and Gail Devers, who all were Gold Medalist and world record holders. Sara also ran on a record setting UCLA 4x100 relay team, and later went on to win 3 Silver Medals in the USATF Masters 100 meters, 200 meters, and 400 meters events. Growing up as a teen, Sara was raised in the beautiful and super wealthy ocean front community of Malibu California. Her unique experience and perspective, coupled with Keith’s inner city perspective, create the perfect mix to challenge and inspire any group of college students, no matter what background they may have originated from.

Our Staff Devlopment Programs
“History will be kind to me, for I intend to write it“. - Winston Churchill
As educators, let us write a new chapter in world history each day, as we teach, inspire, and encourage the next generation of world changers!
Tired of the same boring speakers that try and teach your teachers how to do their job? Your staff complains about a presenter reading off the very notes, in which they gave them in the handout. Are you ready for a speaker that validates and inspires them to teach for the very reason they chose to become a teacher in the first place?
Stop the insanity, schedule a speaker that understands the stresses of motivating and teaching the type of students you deal with everyday! Keith definitely understands. Being born poor in the rough inner city of Los Angeles, into a family filled with addictions, and a father who committed suicide, and a mom who struggled with alcoholism and abusive relationships. Keith encountered a sixth grade teacher who inspired him to dream a bigger dream, thus changing his life and destiny forever.
After traveling to more than 61 countries, Keith has a unique and dynamic perspective on education that will truly inspire, encourage, and entertain your staff! A fresh renewed outlook to ignite their passion for teaching once again! Keith encourages your staff to remember “WHY” they became teachers and inspire them to keep their eye on what is most important “Making a Difference in the Life of a Child”. Nelson Mandela said “ Education is the Most Important Weapon We Can Use to Change The World “.
While allowing teachers to laugh and have fun, Keith’s energy and excitement recharges the batteries of educators and gives them a renewed conviction in their own calling!
